I absolutely love spring! I love to smell the earth as it thaws. I love to watch the flowers first pop through the still melting snow and then bloom in the warming sun. I love to watch the trees first bud with dark red specks and then turn green as the days grow longer.   I love the bright early mornings and the later sunsets. Spring is a time of refreshing for me. The dark of winter has past and the warm summer days are just over the horizon.

Likewise, I love how music can reflect new growth as well. I enjoy the beauty of Easter and springtime music after the solemn, dark period of Lent. For me, the Memorial Handbell Choir is especially beautiful at this time of year. The sound literally brings heaven to my earthly ears.

God is so good!
